Question 1

What is FastStart AI?

Accepted Answer

FastStart AI is an agentic workflow assessment and rapid build program created by Enterprise Diagnostics. It helps mid-market operators — typically $10M to $150M in revenue — identify their highest-value AI automation opportunity and optionally build it in 30 days.

Question 2

How much does the Agentic Workflow Assessment cost?

Accepted Answer

The Stage 1 Agentic Workflow Assessment is completely free. It takes 48 hours and results in a findings report identifying your top automation opportunities and their estimated EBITDA impact.

Question 3

How much does the 30-day AI build cost?

Accepted Answer

The Stage 2 Operationalize build is $15,000 and takes 30 days. It delivers a functional AI agent deployed to production — not a prototype or roadmap, but a working asset.

Question 4

Who is FastStart AI designed for?

Accepted Answer

FastStart AI is built for CEOs and CFOs at B2B technology, services, and manufacturing companies typically between $10M and $150M in revenue — especially those who are PE-backed, raising capital, or building toward an exit.

Question 5

What happens during the 48-hour Agentic Workflow Assessment?

Accepted Answer

During the assessment, the Enterprise Diagnostics team goes inside your operation, identifies the top 1-2 manual processes with the highest EBITDA drag, and delivers a clear findings report — what's costing you, what's buildable, and what it's worth. No vendor agenda, no month-long discovery.

Question 6

Do I have to proceed to Stage 2 after the assessment?

Accepted Answer

No. The assessment stands on its own. You'll receive a clear findings report regardless of whether you choose to proceed to the 30-day build. There is no obligation.

Question 7

What does 'production AI agent' mean?

Accepted Answer

A production AI agent is a fully functional, deployed automation that runs inside your real business operations — not a demo, not a proof of concept. It is a working asset you can show investors, your board, or a potential buyer during diligence.

Question 8

Why is agentic workflow readiness important for PE-backed companies?

Accepted Answer

Agentic workflow readiness is now on virtually every due diligence checklist. PE sponsors and strategic buyers evaluate whether a company has automated its highest-drag processes. FastStart AI helps operators get ahead of that question before it becomes a problem during a raise or exit.
